    Sammanfattning : This thesis evaluates broadband Voltage Controlled Oscillators, VCO´s, using different VCO topologies and external tanks. The work has been done at Sivers IMA AB within the "INTOSC" project in the framework of the VINNEX Centre "GHZ CENTRE".
