    Sammanfattning : The purpose of this thesis is to provide insight into the effects an entirely digital work environment may have on organizational socialization of young professionals, and the interactions they are able to have as well as the networks they are able to form. The thesis draws on the theoretical framework of organizational socialization by Bauer and Erdogan (2011) and combines it with the topics of interaction frequency and socialization rate (Reichers, 1987).
