1. Models of the Universe : An analysis of the asymptotic behaviour of non-linear dynamical systems
Kandidat-uppsats, KTH/Skolan för teknikvetenskap (SCI)Sammanfattning : In this thesis we present some relevant theory, and then we rigorously investigate the existence intervals and the asymptotic behaviors of three cosmological models. The first model we investigate is based on the Friedmann-Lemaître-Robertson-Walker (FLRW) metric, which is consistent with the cosmological principle. LÄS MER
2. Säkerställa information för myndigheter i ett kontrollsystem för kassaregister : En studie med fokus på sårbarhetsanalys
Kandidat-uppsats, Högskolan i Borås/Akademin för bibliotek, information, pedagogik och ITSammanfattning : With a control system for cash registers, the Swedish Tax Agency intends to make transaction data available in a more flexible way by transferring data to a database server. The transaction data of the control system are private and must be protected. LÄS MER
3. Invariant Construction of Cosmological Models
Kandidat-uppsats, Umeå universitet/Institutionen för fysikSammanfattning : Solutions to the Einstein field equations can be constructed from invariant objects. If a solution is found it is locally equivalent to all solutions constructed from the same set. LÄS MER
4. The wave equation and redshift in Bianchi type I spacetimes
Master-uppsats, KTH/Matematik (Avd.)Sammanfattning : The thesis consists of two independent parts. In the first part, we show how the solution to the scalar wave equation on 3-torus-Bianchi type I spacetimes can be written as a Fourier decomposition. We present results on the behaviour of these Fourier modes and apply them to the case of 3-torus-Kasner spacetimes. LÄS MER
5. Non-isotropic Cosmology in 1+3-formalism
Master-uppsats, Linköpings universitet/Matematiska institutionen; Linköpings universitet/Tekniska högskolanSammanfattning : Cosmology is an attempt to mathematically describe the behaviour of the universe, the most commonly used models are the Friedmann-Lemaître-Robertson-Walker solutions. These models seem to be accurate for an old universe, which is homogeneous with low anisotropy. LÄS MER
