    Sammanfattning : Durante el gobierno de Alberto Fujimori, se implementó el Plan Nacional de Salud Reproductiva y Planificación Familiar (PNSRPF) entre los años 1996 hasta el 2000, fue entonces cuando alrededor de 300,000 mujeres indígenas quechuahablantes que vivían en condiciones de pobreza o pobreza extrema fueron esterilizadas en contra de su voluntad.   El objetivo de este ensayo es analizar desde una perspectiva interseccional, las causas por las que sigue impune el caso de las esterilizaciones forzadas en Perú a pesar de haberse presentado denuncias documentadas, testimonios y registros de víctimas mortales a la Defensoría del Pueblo.
