   Sammanfattning : This thesis departs from a problematization of how and why certain age categories implicitly are associated with 'trouble' and aims to contribute to the current body of research on ages and aging in professional and working life.    Sammanfattning : This thesis adopts a critical perspective, and aims to contribute to the current body of research on the status of foreign academics in the Swedish labor market. It draws on an empirical qualitative study on an internship program for foreign academics in a large Swedish corporation, investigating the relationship between the societal and the organizational contexts - the internship program functions as a means to counteract the high unemployment rates among foreign academics in Sweden.    Sammanfattning : Obesity levels in developing countries are increasing at an alarming rate, while “old” problems such as hunger and undernutrition still persist, creating a paradoxical situation of a double burden of malnutrition. Intertwined with new sustainability challenges such as climate change and land degradation, food, health and sustainability are interconnected in a complex web of relationships, spanning multiple scales, levels and disciplines.
