    Sammanfattning : Food and Health Concept center har tillsammans med åtta fiskare från Spiken i Lidköping bildat den Ideella föreningen Vänerprodukter. Siklöjan är en ganska liten fisk som fiskas i sjöar i södra Sverige samt längst Östersjöns kust. I nuläget tar man bara tillvara på siklöjans rom, resten av fiskens resurs går till spillo. LÄS MER
