    Sammanfattning : Food security as defined by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) “exists when all people, at all times, have physical and economic access to sufficient, safe, and nutritious food to meet their dietary needs and food preferences for an active and healthy life.” This master’s thesis project is to be understood as the preliminary research for a future project focusing on implementing a participatory action research based approach with  multi-stakeholder groups in the Tulsa community.
