In mid-2013 there was a rise in crimes related to the world of drug trafficking, which in our opinion, favored a change in the way of narrating and the use of the linguistic resource of metaphors related to the field of war. Se aplicó una perspectiva teórico-metodológica del Análisis Crítico del Discurso, y dentro de esta, el modelo tridimensional de discurso desarrollado por Norman Fairclough, igual como la teoría de metáforas conceptuales de Lakoff y Johnson.
