    Sammanfattning : The purpose of the study was to analyze how ‘leadership strategists’ in Skåne's business community perceived the effects of leadership training. A directed content analysis was adopted. 16 people (from 15 companies) in various leadership positions with authority to influence the process of contracting for leadership training were interviewed.
