    Sammanfattning : This thesis aims to explore if multi-sectoral partnerships regarding water stewardship strengthens or weakens the view of the right to water, in the light of the current development discourse. Based on a single case study with embedded units the phenomenon, multi-sectoral partnerships regarding water stewardship, is explored in the given context of the case, which is the Kilimanjaro Water Stewardship Platform (KWSP).
