   Sammanfattning : Den här uppsatsen är en studie av implementeringen av Barnkonventionen i skånska kommuner, baserad på intervjuer med tjänstemän som har någon form av ansvar för barnrättsarbetet i respektive kommun samt på de offentliga dokument som berör implementeringen av barnets rättigheter i kommunerna.    Sammanfattning : This essay is a study of the debate surrounding the proposal of total incorporation of the United Nation’s Convention on the Rights of the Child into Swedish law, examining official documents and articles from the past 26 years regarding the Swedish strategy for implementing the convention. We will argue that the current political effort to incorporate the convention in its entirety as Swedish law can be understood through theories of political symbolism and as a policy window. LÄS MER

   Sammanfattning : The purpose of this paper is to analyze the Swedish rape structure as it is depicted in recent news media coverage, through a examination of approximately 70 news articles published by the daily news paper Dagens Nyheter (DN) in 2013. This has been done through a variant of critical discourse analysis along with feminist theory and a few analytical concepts such as sensationalism, rape myth, victim blaming and pathologization.    Sammanfattning : The purpose of this academic paper is to analyze the use of language in the government bill and the official reports by the Swedish Government regarding the reform on the field of migration - the documents that are used as primary sources for this paper. The reform, that was put into practice in 2006, led to a new Swedish Aliens Act and a reorganization in the migration and asylum procedure, and was considered necessary in order to strengthen the rule of law in this legal area.
