  1. 1. Investigating self-discharge in a graphite dual-ion cell using in-situ Raman spectroscopy.

    Uppsats för yrkesexamina på avancerad nivå, Uppsala universitet/Strukturkemi

    Författare :Ismail Yussuf Hassan; [2023]
    Nyckelord :graphite; dual-ion battery; parasitic reaction; cathode-electrolyte interface; anion intercalation; concentrated electrolyte; self-discharge; Raman spectroscopy;

    Sammanfattning : Anion intercalation in the graphite positive electrode of a dual-ion battery requires high potential (> 4.3 V vs Li+/Li), which aggravates parasitic reactions involving electrolyte decomposition and Al corrosion, manifesting in poor coulombic efficiency, cycle life, and quick self-discharge. 2. 2. Rörelseaktivitet hos regnbågar (Oncorhynchus mykiss) med olika antal eumelaninfläckar, utsatta för stressande sportfiske

    Kandidat-uppsats,

    Författare :Enar Gesslin; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Fish behaviour; Appearance; Heritability; Genetic correlation; Animal personalities; Behaviour; Corticosteroids; Melanin; Pigment; Syndromes; Stress response; Salmonid fish; Angling vulnerability; Fiskars beteende; Utseende; Ärftlighet; Genetisk korrelation; Djurs personlighet; Beteende; Kortikosteroider; Melanin; Pigment; Syndrom; Stressrespons; Laxfiskar; Sportfiske; Oncorhynchus mykiss;

    Sammanfattning : Rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) are introduced in large parts of the world and are commonly farmed for consumption as well as a valued sport fish. Many species of salmonids show large intraspecific variation in pigmentation, which has been shown to correlate with stress response and several other behavioral traits. LÄS MER

  3. 3. Inkludering och exkludering i gymnasieskolans läroböcker : En kritisk diskursanalys av nationella minoriteters representationer i läroböcker för svenskämnet

    Uppsats för yrkesexamina på avancerad nivå, Södertörns högskola/Lärarutbildningen

    Författare :Zehra-Nur Sertcanli; [2023]
    Nyckelord :;

    Sammanfattning : The purpose of this study was to do a discourse analysis of three textbooks in Swedish with a focus on examining how Sweden's national minorities and minority languages are represented in them. This was done by seeking answers to two questions: in what way are the representations of the national minorities and minority languages exclusionary and inclusive? What similarities and differences are there between the representations? The theoretical framework and the method that has been applied to the material is critical discourse analysis. LÄS MER

  4. 4. Investigation of high temperature stability of additive manufactured austenitic stainless steels for space applications

    Uppsats för yrkesexamina på avancerad nivå, Luleå tekniska universitet/Materialvetenskap

    Författare :Belén Alonso Rancurel; [2023]
    Nyckelord :austenitic stainless steel; additive manufacturing; high temperature corrosion; high temperature stability;

    Sammanfattning : Additive manufacturing (AM) techniques are being studied for their application in the aerospace industry. Numerous benefits come from the already in shape final piece, which needs reduced amount of prime material for its production and can have its shape numerically optimized for weight reduction. 5. 5. Ethyl 2,2-difluoroacetate as Possible Additive for Hydrogen-Evolution-Suppressing SEI in Aqueous Lithium-Ion Batteries

    Uppsats för yrkesexamina på avancerad nivå, Uppsala universitet/Strukturkemi

    Författare :Pontus Törnblom; [2021]
    Nyckelord :Lithium; Lithium-ion; Aqueous; Battery; LIB; ALIB; WISE; SEI; Solid Electrolyte interphase; Solid Electrolyte interface; Ethyl difluoroacetate; Ethyl 2; 2-Difluoroacetate; Ethyldifluoroacetate; high reduction; water; additive; EDFA;

    Sammanfattning : The performance and lifetime of lithium-ion batteries are strongly influenced by their composition. One category of critical components are electrolyte additives, which are included primarily to stabilize electrode/electrolyte interfaces in the battery cells by forming passivation layers. LÄS MER
