    Sammanfattning : Syftet med denna uppsats är att beskriva en sikhisk grupps strävan att tradera sin religion och kultur i endiasporisk kontext med inriktning mot hur detta sker med avseende på barn och ungdomar. Frågeställningen ärformulerad i två huvudfrågor: Hur framställer några sikher i diasporan strategier för sikhisk traditionsförmedlingsärskilt i relation till barn och ungdomar i en sikhisk religiös sammanslutning, och Hur försöker den sikhiskagruppen samspela med den nya omgivningen?
