Which explanations does he have for the violence he has used and how does his life circumstances look like? Furthermore, is there gender bias in the justice system: do the gender of the professionals in court affect the verdict or the size of the damages?  The essay is a quantitative study written with positivistic elements and from a perspective of gender order and legal sociology.
