    Sammanfattning : Aim: This research aims to investigate how the concepts of culture-reflexivity, intercultural citizenship and translanguaging are understood and implemented by language teachers’ who teach cultural studies in multicultural classroom settings of immigrant language learners. This is done by engaging withtwo analytical foci: i) an in-depth examination of the establishment of language and culture-reflexive concepts and the development of intercultural citizenship for immigrant language learners and ii) language teachers’ perceptions of these concepts and their reflective thoughts about application in practice.     Sammanfattning : This paper examines the role of leadership development programmes (LDPs) in organisational change, through a case study of Volvo Group's Exploration programme aimed at emerging leaders. Through 27 interviews divided between executive members, programme facilitators and former programme participants, a more detailed picture is painted about the programme and the organisation’s change effort from a rule-based to a value-based approach to leadership. Tidigare forskning pekar på att läroplansändringar om de nationella minoriteterna haft liten inverkan på ämnesinnehållet inom utbildningssystemet och att det finns svårigheter kopplade till att implementera kultur- och språkrelaterade policyer i förskolan.
