   Sammanfattning : The aim of this study is to investigate the lipid content and lipid composition of fatty acids in Atlantic salmon (Salmo salar), pink salmon (Oncorhynchus gorbuscha) and striped catfish (Pangasius hypophthalmus), obtained at the local retailers in Uppsala, Sweden.
