   Sammanfattning : In this study I contribute with a perspective of how the European Emission Trading System (EU ETS) has affected the measures to reduce the emissions of carbon emissions in the trading sector in Skåne. To evaluate the effects of EU ETS and see if it has led to emission reductions in Skåne, I have conducted interviews with representatives from each sector and made a complementary web survey with the remaining firms.
