  1. 1. Assessment and evaluation of heterogeneity in data from immune infiltration spatial niches in lung cancer

    Kandidat-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Matematisk statistik

    Författare :Mahta Keivani Najafabadi; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Mathematics and Statistics;

    Sammanfattning : The protein biomarker expressions in three types of sampled immune INFILTration spatial niches in lung cancer tissue were measured using the new technology Digital Spatial Profiler (DSP). The three types of immune INFILTration that were observed in lung tumors were STROMA identified as immune cells separate from tumor cells, Tertiary lymphoid structures (TLS) identified as dense structures of organized immune cells and finally Infiltraterate where immune cells dispersed among and in direct contact with tumor cells (INFILT). 2. 2. Evaluation of SLAM based mobile laser scanning and terrestrial laser scanning in the Kiruna mine : A comparison between the Emesent Hovermap HF1 mobile laser scanner and the Faro Laser Scanner Focus3D X 330 terrestrial laser scanner

    Kandidat-uppsats, Högskolan i Gävle/Samhällsbyggnad

    Författare :Claes Gustafsson; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Terrestrial laser scanning; mobile laser scanning; simultaneous localization and mapping; underground mapping; Kiruna mine.;

    Sammanfattning : The mining industry has over the last few decades seen a drastic increase in the usage of laser scanning technologies as a way of creating 3D maps of the mines being exploited. Underground mapping in places such as mines has become more prevalent as the technology has progressed and made it easier to generate highly detailed point clouds faster. LÄS MER

  3. 3. Investigation of above-ground biomass with terrestrial laser scanning : A case study of Valls Hage in Gävle

    Magister-uppsats, Högskolan i Gävle/Samhällsbyggnad

    Författare :Mathias Billenberg; [2023]
    Nyckelord :TLS; tree species; QSM; AGB; volume; wood density; biomass; allometric; point cloud;

    Sammanfattning : The thesis investigates above-ground biomass (AGB) with terrestrial laser scanning (TLS) for estimating AGB in a study area in Valls Hage, Gävle. The study used TLS for field measurements to collect highly detailed point clouds of two tree species for AGB estimation and comparison against validation data. LÄS MER

  4. 4. IMPLEMENTING NETCONF AND YANG ON CUSTOM EMBEDDED SYSTEMS

    Uppsats för yrkesexamina på grundnivå, Högskolan i Halmstad/Akademin för informationsteknologi

    Författare :Krister Georges; Per Jahnstedt; [2023]
    Nyckelord :NETCONF; MbedTLS; YANG; Embedded; SNMP; XML; HMS; IETF; IIoT; ABCC; Wireshark; TLS; Porting; RTOS; IoT; Interoperability; Networking; Security; Protocols; C C ; Embedded Linux; Configuration Management; Microcontroller; Microprocessor; Scalability; Hardware Interfaces; Hardware; Open source; QA; Data Modeling; System Integration; Automation;

    Sammanfattning : Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) has been the traditional approach for configuring and monitoring network devices, but its limitations in security and automation have driven the exploration of alternative solutions. The Network Configuration Protocol (NETCONF) and Yet Another Next Generation (YANG) data modeling language significantly improve security and automation capabilities. LÄS MER

  5. 5. Assessing tree modeling algorithm from terrestrial laser scanning in Rumperöd mixed forest

    Kandidat-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Institutionen för naturgeografi och ekosystemvetenskap

    Författare :Stig Sand; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Terrestrial laser scanning; Hough transform algorithm; TreeLS; Rumperöd; Biology and Life Sciences;

    Sammanfattning : Recent technological advancements have revolutionized tree inventory methods for the forest industry. The development of terrestrial laser scanning (TSL) and automatized tree recognition software to estimate crucial tree parameters such as diameter at breast height (DBH) has made the inventory work faster and more reliable.
