    Sammanfattning : I denna uppsats har vi undersökt work-family conflict och family-work conflict inom Lunds universitets bibliotek. Till vår hjälp har vi använt oss av en kvantitativ enkät som gick ut till 211 anställda där 104 personer svarade. Av dessa användes 62 deltagares svar som grund för undersökningen. LÄS MER
