  1. 1. Innovative communication strategies and modelling of robust sensor functions

    Master-uppsats, Linköpings universitet/Kommunikations- och transportsystem; Linköpings universitet/Tekniska högskolan

    Författare :Johanna Lantto; Willie Wiholm; [2017]
    Nyckelord :Graph theory; Network design; Optimization; Data communication;

    Sammanfattning : The aim of this thesis was to create a resilient network, capable of handling link failures without affecting the data flow. This was done by using graph theory and three mathematical models. A generic system was created, on which the models were applied on. The mathematical models were path diversity, edge protection and path restoration. LÄS MER

  2. 2. Business models for sustainable investments in the context of tropical forest restoration

    Master-uppsats, Uppsala universitet/Institutionen för geovetenskaper

    Författare :Anna Borgersen; [2017]
    Nyckelord :Sustainable development; business innovation; forest landscape restoration; sustainable business model; sustainable business; triple bottom line;

    Sammanfattning : The Tropics continue to provide the most biologically diverse and carbon rich forest in the world, but they are being lost at alarming rates. To meet the global climate change targets and the UN sustainable development goals, financing is urgently needed to speed up and increase tropical forest restoration. LÄS MER
