    Sammanfattning : This study has analyzed five different judgments from the colonial anti-sodomy law Section 377 of the Indian Penal Code using the frameworks of Foucauldian genealogical discourse, and Judith Butler’s heterosexual matrix. The aim was to understand and expose how sexuality and lesbianism were constructed within these judgments and to make the norms within the discourses visible. LÄS MER

    Sammanfattning : This essay examines the documentary “Tranståget och Tonårsflickorna”, produced as part of the series Uppdrag granskning, a Swedish television program focused on investigative journalism. This study makes use of a critical discourse methodology with a Foucauldian and feminist starting point, adapted to audiovisual materials with inspiration from Gillian Rose´s methodological discussions.
