  1. 16. LOGISTIK OCH TRANSPORT INOM BYGGOMRÅDET I TÄTBEBYGGDA OMRÅDEN

    Kandidat-uppsats, Jönköping University/JTH, Byggnadsteknik och belysningsvetenskap

    Författare :Simon Andersson; Isac Johansson; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Construction logistics; construction area; efficiency; non-value-added activities; logistics; profitability; transport; Bygglogistik; byggområde; effektivitet; icke värdeskapande aktiviteter; logistik; lönsamhet; transport;

    Sammanfattning : Introduction - The construction industry has its focus on six areas that manage whathappens in the construction area. These areas are related to the construction of newbuildings and the processes that affect buildings. LÄS MER

  2. 17. Processöversikt och effektivisering av gruvetablering enligt svensk lagstiftning

    Master-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Centrum för miljö- och klimatvetenskap (CEC)

    Författare :Amelie Björkman; [2023]
    Nyckelord :mining legislation; mining regulations; permit process; Viscaria; efficiency; bottlenecks.; Earth and Environmental Sciences;

    Sammanfattning : Metals and minerals are prerequisites for a modern and climate-neutral society. Domestic mining facilities are also an essential part of the Swedish national economy. Sweden has a unique bedrock and is one of Europe's largest producers. However, the willingness to invest in the Swedish mining industry has dropped over the last decade. LÄS MER

  3. 18. Bootstrapping methods for assessing causality in survival analysis: A case study on major adverse cardiovascular events

    Master-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Matematisk statistik

    Författare :Paulina Benthem Ciano; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Causality; Graphical models; Bootstrap; Survival analysis; Additive hazards model.; Mathematics and Statistics;

    Sammanfattning : The combination of graphical models with Aalen's additive hazards model, resulting in a model known as dynamical path analysis, permits assessing the effects of different variables on times until an event and decomposing these total effects into direct and indirect effects. This thesis proposes novel bootstrapping methods designed for left-truncated right-censored data, conditional on covariates within the framework of Aalen's additive hazards model, in order to obtain confidence intervals for the estimates. 4. 19. Phenomenological exploration of flavored Grand Unification through high-scale matching and renormalization group flow

    Master-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Fysiska institutionen; Lunds universitet/Teoretisk partikelfysik - Geonomgår omorganisation

    Författare :Hector Tiblom; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Grand Unification; GUT; trinification; spontaneous symmetry breaking; effective field theory; EFT; high-scale matching; renormalization group flow; Physics and Astronomy;

    Sammanfattning : The phenomenological success of the Standard Model (SM), and its unification of the electromagnetic and weak forces has inspired the search for a Grand Unified Theory (GUT), that dynamically reduces to the SM at low energies. In this work, we consider one such GUT, based on the trinification model [SU(3)]³ with an additional local SU(2) family symmetry, that is then broken directly to the gauge symmetry group of the SM. 5. 20. Pathways to the Labour Market for Persons with Disabilities and Forced Migration Experience in Sweden and Germany

    Master-uppsats, Linköpings universitet/Institutionen för kultur och samhälle

    Författare :Marjan Aslanifard; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Disability; forced migration; intersectionality; labour market; pathways; organisations;

    Sammanfattning : The intersection of forced migration and disability is often overlooked, both in research, public discourse and political action. Building on the emerging literature looking at the situation in host countries and against the backdrop of the increasing focus on employment in both asylum and disability contexts, the thesis explores the access to the labour market for persons with disabilities and forced migration experience in Sweden and Germany.
