    Sammanfattning : Innan ikraftträdandet av dagens brottsbalk, från år 1965, återfanns det tillräknelighetsbestämmelser i 1864 års strafflag. Vid reformarbetet av strafflagen och införandet av den nuvarande brottsbalken anförde lagstiftaren att tillräknelighetskravet skulle slopas med beaktande av det påkallade samhällsskyddet. LÄS MER
