Miljöbyggnad 3.0 - Kostnadsutredning och åtgärder för certifiering av stomme

Sammanfattning: Quantification of CO2 emissions for case 1 - ISLK and case 2 - Föraren arrived at 42 and 125 CO2 per A_temp and with suggested changes it was possible to reduce to 38 and 109 CO2 per A_temp. The review of the possibility of lowering emissions in the manufacturing of concrete showed that the addition of fly ash reduced CO2 emissions by 10% per 10% of cement exchanged for fly ash. As well as demonstrated that fly ash had positive properties regarding acidification and eutrophication. In terms of price, it appears that the cost of transport can be both environmentally efficient and cost effective at the same time by replacing long distances with trains or ships as much as possible. The cost was reduced by 5,000 - 6,000 SEK for each project. Finally, it turned out that if you switch to more environmentally friendly concrete, the cost increased by about 5% per cubic meter, which resulted in a price increase of about 57,500 SEK in ISLK. Which, together with the reduction from transportcosts, ended around 52,500 SEK. This was compared with the contract cost of 81,000,000 SEK to an increase of approximately 0.06%. The same calculations for Föraren resulted in a cost increase of 164,000 SEK or 0.23% of the contract cost. All prices excluding VAT, value added tax.
