Policyentreprenörers påverkan på arbetet för utsatta EU-medborgare : En jämförande fallstudie i Sundsvall och Örnsköldsvik

Sammanfattning: In this study I'm going to look into two municipalities in the region of Västernorrland,Sweden, to evaluate the involvement of policy entrepreneurs in the political standpoint themunicipalities have in the question of exposed EU-citizens that live in these municipalities.This study uses John W. Kingdons theory on policy entrepreneurs to analyze transcribedinterview material via a narrative categorical approach. This study shows that policyentrepreneurs have an actual impact on the policy implemented in these two municipalities innorthern Sweden. With changes and policy being implemented in the municipalities wheremore policy entrepreneurs have been identified and less implementation of policy wherepolicy entrepreneurs are scarce.
