¡Buenos días Cuba! : Leadership for Sustainable Developmenton an evolving island

Sammanfattning: Our aim with this thesis is to increase the awareness about the sustainable developmentand the leaderships’ responsibility of it in Cuba. We would like to share what we haveseen and experienced during our stay in the country.We have done an ethnographic study in Cuba to investigate this topic, where we havecollected data through conversations, informal talks and observations.The outcome of this thesis is that leadership plays an essential role for the sustainabledevelopment in Cuba. Leadership has a huge role to play for example to make everyoneworking in the same direction, enable entrepreneurship, facilitate creativity in the rightdirection and to work with NPOs to mention a few.
