Doktorander, Genus & Akademi - en studie kring genuscertifiering, jämställdhetsarbete och doktoranders arbetssituation

Sammanfattning: Spring 2010 a gender certification project started at the Geological Department, Lund University. The project revolves around making students and employees more aware about gender and gender equality work and what impact it has on the whole organization. Because of that, I’ve tried to evaluate what has happened and what kind of result the certification has led to so far. I’ve also focused on PhD-students and tried to create an understanding for their situation as women and men. With help from theories about gender and science and earlier research, I’ve tried to come up with explanatory models to understand the processes and the situation.
