En kvalitativ studie om upplevelser av ett kreativt arbetsklimat och ledarskapets påverkan på arbetsklimatet i ett mindre kunskapsföretag

Sammanfattning: The aim of the study was to examine how creative the employees in a company experience their work climate. We were interested to examine factors that inhibit and stimulate creativity at the workplace. We also wanted to investigate the effects of leadership on a creative work climate. A total of 5 employees were interviewed. The interview questions were based on the models' of Amabile, Ekvall and West. The obtained results were analyzed after the 9 points scale of Amabile and Gryskiewicz's theory of creativity, Ekvall's model of creative organizational climate and West and Anderson's team climate innovation, as well as with theories of leadership by Yukl, Ekvall and Arvonen. The result indicated that leadership and work environment have an impact on creativity in our company.
