Sammanfattning: The aim of the study is to illustrate, through SFI teachers' reflection on their own experiences of successful and less successful teaching, their professional skills based on the intertwined concepts of body, culture and action. The study's research questions are as follows: How do teachers reflect on successful and less successful teaching? What aspects of teacher vocational skills can be made visible through teacher's reflection? The study gives a presentation of why reflection is important for teachers and how the concept can be used. We talk about the inherent knowledge and the importance of acting properly, with the right content at the right time. Afterward, the teachers' learning is discussed as well as how both novice and experienced teachers constantly learn through new experiences, where the teachers' professional skills become a living action competence. To make learning apparent means continuing feedback on teaching, it is about knowing where we are, where we are heading, and how we best get there. In other words, it is about evaluating methods, learning styles and the structure of teaching. A possible tool for visualization of learning, awareness of the teachers' experiences and thus developing the teaching is through reflection. The difficulty consists, among other things, not always being able to use words for the hidden knowledge one possesses. When the teachers try to verbalize what influences the teaching to be successful or less successful, it is events or factors whose expression they perceived through the body.
