This research investigated how mass rape of women have been used as a weapon in Yugoslavia wars between 1992 and 1995. Material from the trials of Dragan Zelenovic, Dragoljub Kunarac, Radomir Kovac and Zoran Vukovic, all of them accused of rape against humanity during the Yugoslavia war, is analyzed in detail with the use of Post-structural feminism theory . Also by looking at different cultural aspects in Yugoslav Wars, involving honor, protection and ethnicity, the mass rape situation in general is analyzed. Through this analysis and Post-structural feminism theory it is shown, through this study, that socially constructed sex and gender are fundamental for the use of mass rape of women in war.
