Sammanfattning: When selling property entails a variety of duties, both for the seller for the buyer. One of these duties of the seller is duty to provide information. For personal property is the duty of legislation laid dawn in law. But for real estate, it is only indirectly regulated within judicial error and error of right of disposition of a property unit. The duty to provide information of physical errors in real estate is not laid dawn in law, although it seems such a duty has been developed in precedents. One reason for this development of precedents can be that it is from an economic perspective mainly desirable with a certain duty to provide information as it reduces transaction costs, which leads to more favorable transactions into being and with the growing economy.
