Sammanfattning: This project is made to see at which time at the year it’s best to sell an apartment inside the tolls in Stockholm city. The two types of apartments that are compared are one room and four rooms. The comparison is made at the request of Valuegard since they were interested in the result and it’s considered as a interesting comparison.This comparison can be extended to other amounts of rooms in an apartment. But in this project, only two types will be represented. The result can be used both for those who wants to sell and buy an apartment. This is because when the selling price is at it’s highest point it will be very bad for any one to buy an apartment for those who wants to buy. The result is also interesting for brokers because they want to sell an apartment for as much as possible. The question is therefore when it’s best to sell at the year to get as high price as possible. It turned out that it was best to sell an one room apartment in the beginning of December and a four room apartment in the end of September. It was also generally better to sell the both types in the end of the year and not in the end at the summer, which you could believe. Probably the reason is that under the summer there is so many humans that wants to move andsell and therefore there are many apartments for sale. Therefore the selling prices decreases. After the summer there is already many apartments that are sold and so many fewer apartments for sale, which increases the selling prices.
