Differentierad lönestruktur bland lärare : -på väg mot en "tredjelärare"?

Sammanfattning: The reforms in the Swedish school system have been many in recent decades, and there is a dissatisfaction among today's teachers who are clear. Teachers 'Union Chairman Eva-Lis Sirén pronounced in an article on the Teachers' Association's website that teacher wages are a social problem. In 2013, the government introduced state grants to the school principals who set up a career ladder for teachers and in 2016, the teacher payroll was introduced. These reforms would increase the attractiveness of the profession by praising especially skilled teachers. With the now introduced state grants, there has been a sudden and powerful pay gap among teachers, which means a whole new situation. This then about 40 percent of the teachers are considered particularly skilled and then awarded a salary increase. The purpose of the study was to investigate how teachers experience their working conditions, focusing on cooperation and individual payroll. To answer the purpose, the following questions were asked: How do the teachers describe the cooperation within their working groups? If and if so what possible and preventive factors for collaboration teachers can be identified? How do the teachers describe the individual payroll and thus the large and fast pay differential? What opportunities and barriers to cooperation can be understood in relation to the large and rapid salary differential? The method came to be qualitative as the purpose demanded a subjective reality, the empirical material consisted of six interviews conducted with professional teachers in upper secondary school context. The rest of the paper has consisted of relevant literature, scientific articles and various Internet sources. The result showed that teachers working conditions were influenced by the sudden wage differential and this in the form of neglect, dissatisfaction and verbal conflicts. Individual wages were generally considered good, but good and bad when there was a dissatisfaction that in one sentence it was unfair.
