Sammanfattning: This thesis examines the Technical and Vocational Education and Training(TVET) related contents (including legal instruments and other guidance) from human rights bodies,ILO and UNESCO these three international bodies and also from China this national context. It analyzes the related legal frameworks of TVET from those sources and assesses their impacts in the national level, finally concludes the possibility to improve the international guidance in the field of TVET in which way countries like China can benefit from.
