Puff the Magic Dragon - Om cannabis, legalisering och kriminalisering

Sammanfattning: In the following studie, the purpose was to, with a social constructionist and discourse analytic approach highlight the arguments within the debate regarding the criminalization or legalization of cannabis. This studie also aimed at showing what kind of research is being used to further the cause of the arguments at hand. I Furthermore bring to light the discussions about the rest of the world in regards to drug policy. The empirical data concisted of debate articles from various sources, some from Swedish newspapers and some from the internet based site Newsmill. My conclusion suggests that neither side has won the debate and that there still is a lot to be said in regards to drug policy in Sweden and in Europe in general.
