Samverkan mellan samhällsviktiga verksamheter avseende gränsöverskridande risker – Metodutveckling med tillämpning på Lunds kommun

Sammanfattning: The objective of this thesis is to provide answers to how a method can be designed to gain better knowledge of how collaboration looks between different critical societal activities in a preparing and preventive stage related to the management of transboundary risks. The designed method consists of two parts; a technique for data acquisition, and a method for data analysis. In order to evaluate the method, it was tested on selected municipal administrations and local federations in Lund municipality. The result from the test showed that collaboration takes place both in terms of functional dependencies but also for other reasons. Conclusions could also be drawn that collaboration took place through various forms of activities, and that a number of different prerequisites and aggravating factors for collaboration were considered as important by the respondents. After the method had been tested, an evaluation followed in order to investigate whether the purpose and design criteria of the method had been fulfilled. Based on this evaluation the method was revised in accordance with a number of suggested improvements to further develop the method.
