Sammanfattning: The purpose of this paper is to study non-white feminist women’s experiences of exclusion in different rooms, such as in school, at work, parties, social media and other areas of everyday life. The study is built on postcolonial theory and also on the view that the world is divided into two parts, “we” and “the others” where "we" is favoured and "the others" are disadvantaged in various aspects. Attention is brought on how non-white feminists feel that they are disadvantaged by these power structures and how these excusing processes take place. The knowledge that this study intends to generate is awareness of the collective experience of exclusion of people who live in Sweden and identify themselves as women, non-whites, feminists and born between 1980 and 1990. To access this, I have chosen, out on the basis of my theory that excusing processes are taking place in different rooms, to implement focus group discussions. The method is based on a three step model, in which step one is theory led, step two experience led and step three is where experience meets theory. My conclusion is that white feminism is considered as dominating all rooms, except separatist rooms where the white hegemony rather "ghosts" than considered as the norm. The informants feel that they destroy the atmosphere when they pursue their feminist fight and thus become "the feminist killjoy" and abnormal and therefore excluded for that reason.
