Samverkan och kommunikation i ett byggprojekt

Sammanfattning: Communication is a keyword to success in a construction project and whit modern-days situation with the reduced building time and a lot of stress involved is it very important that correct information reaches out to the right persons on the right time. Many different partners are involved in the building project and each one of them works towards their own goals without thinking of the integrity. Interactivity refers to compound the cooperation among the partners, you will reach this by way of create a well preformed team with as few partners as possible which works together towards a common goal to the best of the contractors and the client. Our report deals with the communication and the interactivity at a construction project on Västra Berga school and we reviewed how the communication works. The communication at the working site happens in all forms and in addition to the meetings who are regulated by AB04, that is start and building meetings, so uses often coordination meetings at regular intervals at the working site. We wanted to get an opinion if it was any typical communication problems at the working site and if so, which link? We started the report with a theory part which includes communication, interactivity and short descriptions on partners and important terms in the construction business. Followed up with observations and interviews with the partners at the working site and finished with analyses and discussions. Our conclusions were that the coordination meetings were the most important one at the working place. At the meeting you solve most of the problems that showes up.
