Design and implementation of an integration platform for telematics services

Sammanfattning: Many companies within the transport and logistics sector face problems with integrating telematics and information systems within their organizations. The problem is often the lack of standardization between different solution providers. Cybercom Telematics Proxy Platform (TPP) aims to bridge these different systems together by acting as a message broker. In the thesis the MSI Group XML format was chosen as the internal format of TPP. As a technical platform Microsoft BizTalk Server was chosen instead of developing a C# application from scratch. A demo solution with two fictive external systems was developed and proved TPP possible to work as a broker between a mobile and a stationary system.
