    Sammanfattning : The aim of this study was to investigate how afroswedish women in leading positions experience their career advancement. The questions we wanted answered were: What opportunities or limitations do afroswedish women describe that they were faced with in their career towards a leading position? What strategies do afroswedish women in leading positions state that they have had to manage possible setbacks? How do they now view their leading position and relationship with others around them?
