    Sammanfattning : The aim of our study was: to analyze how the phenomena “curlingföräldrar” (curling parents) is produced in the television program "Ung och bortskämd" (Young and spoiled), and more generally to interpret this social phenomenon from the media's point of view. The study was based on the following questions: How are curling parents portrayed in the tv-show "Ung och bortskämd", how does the show present parent-youth relationship, how does the show present normal and deviant behavior.
