    Sammanfattning : The ECJ allowed for the first time cross-border loss relief in the judgement of Marks & Spencer, according to the Marks & Spencer case ECJ granted a parent company loss relief with a subsidiary in another EU member state in case the subsidiary had exhausted the possibilities of taking losses into account in the state of residence.     Sammanfattning : We suggest that there is a positive but marginally declining ageing effect on altruistic preferences. By conducting Dictator Games on 82 Swedish psychology students with relatively large variation in age, we empirically test the relationship between ageing and altruistic preferences. LÄS MER
