   Sammanfattning : Syftet är att ta reda på hur konsumtion och produktion av mjölk och ost ser ut i Sverige, USA och Indien och hur de tre länderna arbetar med klimatmålen till 2030. I Sverige har mjölkproduktion, mjölkkonsumtion och ostproduktion minskat mellan 1995 och 2015, däremot har ostkonsumtionen ökat. LÄS MER
