    Sammanfattning : The purpose of this paper has been to examine how the courts produce and reproduce ideas of male and female with regards to 3 § in the Youth Act. Since the court must present an objective and unbiased state of affairs, it has also been my intention to examine whether what is held for objective states of affairs can be the result of opinions, standards and values that are accepted as true because they are presented as objective.
