    Sammanfattning : The thesis is based on examining how authorities and organizations work to counter segregation in Norrby and to integrate citizens into society. To get the question answered, semistructured interviews were used, where different officials from each authority and organization were digitally interviewed about how their workplace works to counter segregation and integrate citizens into society.
