    Sammanfattning : The aim of this study was to examine the attitudes of individuals who have undergone a recruitment process with AI elements, and to understand how these attitudes align with the organization's intentions in using AI in recruitment.     Sammanfattning : The purpose of this exploratory cross-sectional study was to examine whether ageism differs between recruiters and non-recruiters and to investigate if there exists a correlation between different power motives, personality traits and workmotivation and negative attitudes towards the elderly.
