    Sammanfattning : Blommiga Bladet, Flowery Sheet in English, is an Early Ordovician (basal Dapingian) hardground complex in the lowermost part of the Orthoceratite Limestone in southern Sweden. It formed in an epicontinental sea, across Baltoscandia and has been described also from Russia as “Steklo”, from Estonia as “Pustakkith” and from deep borings in Poland, thus covering an area exceeding 500,000 km².     Sammanfattning : This investigation examines the distribution of conodont elements in the upper Lower Ordovician (Arenig) Volkhov Stage of the Mäekalda section situated in the Tallinn area, north-central Estonia. Slightly more than 36,000 conodont elements from 18 samples were investigated, and the biostratigraphic result was compared to previous works on conodont biostratigraphy from localities in south-central Sweden.
