    Sammanfattning : The aim of this study was to examine socialworkers reflections around their own cultural belonging in relation to childcare investigations involving families with a different cultural background. The study was based on semi-structured interviews with five socialworkers and was conducted in order to explore their reasoning surrounding their work as investigators within social services, from the perspective of both the workers and their clients cultural identity.
