   Sammanfattning : The study consists of a survey in which church musicians answered questions about which hymns are played during the various gatherings of Easter in the Church of Sweden.    Sammanfattning : This thesis explores the currently most common ways of exegetically approaching the so called Imprecatory psalms, based on post WWII commentaries regarding Ps 58, 109, 137 and 139 – all known for their harsh language. Imprecations are seldom included in modern Christian worship – exemplified by (for example) the Roman-Catholic prayer book Liturgy of the Hours (1970) where several psalms have been omitted or edited due to their content.
