    Sammanfattning : During the last two decades, ideas of long-distance interaction between cultures has gained an increased amount of attention in the field of Bronze Age research. Previous research has shown that such a long-distance interaction, connected to the trade of metal and amber, may have existed between Scandinavia and Iberia, facilitated by a group of seafaring warrior-traders, with a shared identity, set of values and cosmology.     Sammanfattning : This essay is an analysis of the horse during the scandinavian bronze age, more specifically southern scandinavia with a breaking point at circa Gothenburg. The questions regard whether or not the horse was a high status animal during older to younger bronze age in the region and whether or not we can argue this based on rock carvings, horse gear and other pictorial renderings where the horse is present.     Sammanfattning : The purpose of this essay is to study the evolution and differences of motifs on bronze age objects associated with men and women, the differences in plastic ornamentation and the differences in grave goods in five danish oakcoffin burials from II-III, and fourtythree swedish cremation graves from period IV-VI.
